    Insanely great breakfast, very nice outdoor area. Outstanding view from the 20th floor. Very nice employees who always work hard. We had the pool to ourselves for a while. Delicious food (in the evening)

    In th night cigarette smoke came through the ventilation system into the bathroom and into the second bedroom, which was unpleasant. It was difficult to visit our grandparents on the 6th floor, because the card only allows you to go to your own floor.

    Such a good hotel, but very expensive internet connection. Internet should be free of charge in these hotels.

    Central location: train, subway and bus within a few minutes walking distance. Very good breakfast. Quiet room with good beds. Courteous, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel description fits in all points.

    The venue was in a very central location just off a business district, however, location close to the Metro with a 10-15min drive to the centre, international bus and train stations and the zoo and the metro line. The rooms were fashionable and recently renovated, with bidet😃👍

    From the doorman to the executive staff were super friendly, going out of their way to help and find information for the guests, excellent service and value for money.

    Not the ideal location Sometimes room keys were not working Rooms were too small and compact with too many things.
